1. BOB GROSS
    BOB GROSS
Bob has often been referred to as the most interesting man in the world. Don’t believe it? Just ask him to tell you about the one time he fought and killed a tiger with his bare hands... Bob could have easily been a Division 1 college quarterback or point guard and probably could have taken his talents to the next level, if only his high school coaches could have recognized his true potential but alas; he concentrated his efforts on being the secretary/ treasurer of the Key Club. Nowadays, Bob is the sales leader for the company and serves as chief estimator. You will never find Bob without his handy notebook at the ready to take off a bid. Bob has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge to large scale projects and he never forgets about the small ones. Bob is often hard at work looking for new projects and keeping Summit's customers happy. A lover of all things baseball and Babe Ruth, Bob is always swinging for the fences and throwing everything he has into Summit Painting. If you can't find him in the office he is on the golf course, ski slopes or hiking.
  2. ANN GROSS
    ANN GROSS
As owner of Summit Painting, Ann's role is as dynamic as they come. From overseeing finances and operations, to leading company's service expansions, to "keeping Alex and Bob in line" there is never a dull moment in her schedule. Ann has nearly two decades of experiences as a Corporate Controller. Ann's strong background in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and management has been an invaluable asset to the team. Her vision as a leader is best defined as a quote from Andre A. Jackson, "Difficult things take a long time. Impossible things a little longer." Which is why whether she is in the office crunching numbers, expertly navigating fast-paced client projects, or launching yet another construction project on her own home, Ann is sure to get the job done. Her irrefutable commitment to surpassing expectations and achieving the impossible is what continuously inspires her team and impresses Summit's clients.
  3. ALEX GROSS
    ALEX GROSS
To say that Alex is a “Jack of all trades” at Summit Painting only scratches the surface of the many hats she wears. From expertly managing company finances to operating signage machinery to leading client meetings, she really can (and does) do it all. She gives Clark Kent a run for his money and can seamlessly transition from a suit to overalls in just moments (just ask her and she'll prove it!) But beyond her ability to rapidly change outfits she is known for her commitment to providing the best customer support possible, her attention to detail that only a true perfectionist can embody, and her inherent visionary mindset that continue to move Summit forward. Before leading this woman-owned and operated company Alex dipped her toes in the academic waters as a student, obtaining her undergrad degree from Miami University. Since then she continues to support her expertly trained team while building a culture that supports the company's motto of "work hard and be nice to people" Described by her team as resilient, responsible, and reachable Alex is your go-to person at Summit.
